Guardian Network is the education consulting arm of Pan Systems (S) Pte Ltd. PAN Systems was established in 1973.We have branches and business associates in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, with the Headquarters in Singapore.

We aim to provide first rate customer service, price competitiveness as well being a forerunner in our industry.

We are also members of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Information Technology Federation as well as other business groups. 

Team Behind Guardian Network

Mr Low Chor Hwee (Louis) is the Managing Director of Pan Systems (S) Pte Ltd.  A graduate in Telecommunications, he worked 15 years for IBM as an Engineer, System Analyst and Sales.  He left IBM to set up Pan Systems (S) Pte Ltd in 1973.  Since then, he has also set up offices and associates in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.

He has travelled extensively all over the world and was one of the very few businessmen to visit and do business in Vietnam in 1989.  During the time he was in Vietnam, he worked with various state-owned companies and has travelled many times to Hanoi and other provinces like Danang, Can Tho, Nha Trang, etc.

As a Chief Executive responsible for the PAN group of companies, it is in his responsibilities to ensure that the group is reputable and any business that are brought to the group must be long-term and fair to all parties.  He is also a member of various professional bodies.

Ms Bui Thi Thanh Tam was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City. Upon graduation from high school, she was admitted into the Prestigious University of Ho Chi Minh in 1981 where she majored in French and Russian.

-          In 1984, she was awarded a scholarship from the Ped Institute in Orel, Russia to study Russian. She graduated with a Bachelor in Russian Studies.

-          Became a lecturer in the Russian language at the University of Ho Chi Minh(now known as University of Social Sciences and Humanities) from 1985 to 2000.

-          Returned to Russia to continue and advance her studies in Russian, as well as to take up a teaching course to further her teaching skills for 1 year in 1990

-          Served as an interpreter for foreign businesses in Vietnam.

-          In 2000, moved to Singapore where she is currently improving her English Language skills with courses from the British Council. 

 Ms Tam is fluent in Vietnamese, English, Russian and French.

Ms Low Yi Ping graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Banking and Finance.

-          Became a personal financial consultant with one of the largest Singaporean banks, the United Overseas Bank in 2000

-          Worked in the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch International Bank, one of the world’s leading financial houses as a Client Services Officer.

-          Joined Pan Systems as a Business Development Executive in 2002. 

Ms Low is fluent in Mandarin and English.
